USE OF THE ONLINE RESERVATION SERVICES OF HOTEL ESPLAI PRE-RESERVATION SERVICES
The online Pre-Reservation services are merely informative, and their purpose is only to offer the user the possibility of checking the availability of a room in a hotel or city of their choice. WITHIN 24H the user will receive an e-mail confirming whether their reservation has been made, so they will only be binding once accepted by CORISA SA through confirmation of the reservation by email and payment thereof by the user. The user must verify the reservation confirmation and notify CORISA SA, immediately, in writing, of any error.

RECRUITMENT PROCEDURE
When using the service, the user will receive a confirmation email that will include confirmation that their purchase order is in the confirmation process. If the card is not valid, we will send an email requesting card information. You will have 24 hours to send the correct card information and if you do not respond, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
WARRANTY
The reservation is confirmed and guaranteed the entire night with a credit card. If you do not show up at the hotel without prior notice, 100% of the stay will be charged as NO SHOW (VAT and taxes included).
TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT OR CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION
The cancellation policy will depend on the reserved rate. In the case of the NON-REFUNDABLE rate, the cancellation of the reservation will imply the charge of 100% of the reservation as it is a rate contracted with the condition of NON-REFUNDABLE
General cancellation conditions FLEXIBLE rate.
You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before arrival at the hotel. The amount of the first night will be paid 7 days before arrival at the hotel through the link that will be sent to the client in their email.
Cancellation 0 - 7 days before: 1 night charge
NO SHOW: 100% reservation charge (VAT and taxes included). This clause is not valid for reservations made with special rates. In this case, the conditions established for each rate will apply.
MINORS POLICY Minors under 18 years of age must stay at the Hotel accompanied by their parents, guardians or adults duly authorized by them. Hotel staff may require relevant documentation that identifies adults as their parents/guardians or authorized persons.
PRICES PER ROOM AND NIGHT The prices are only valid in writing and during the period indicated therein. When there are justifiable reasons, CORISA SA will reserve the right to modify these rates without prior notice. The prices relating to the reservation will be indicated to you during the reservation process. VAT is applied to the prices, without prejudice to the fact that additional taxes are also applied in accordance with the local regulations in force in each of the autonomous communities.
Obvious errors and typos are not binding. For example, for a night in a room that was mistakenly offered for €1, we can simply cancel the Reservation and refund any amount you have paid.
The aforementioned local taxes must be paid directly at the hotel. Prices shown at the time of booking include VAT (or equivalent tax) at the tax rate applicable at the time. APPLICABLE LAW AND COMPETENT JURISDICTION These general terms and/or conditions of contract are governed by Spanish law. CORISA SA and the users, for the resolution of any controversy that may arise, with respect to its validity, execution, compliance or resolution, in whole or in part, submit, expressly waiving their own jurisdiction or any other jurisdiction that, where appropriate, , may correspond to them, to the jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of the CCAA.
